Our Vision

Without vision for a holistic approach to ministry in Liberia, the people will perish.

"...Arise, and be not afraid." Matt. 17:7

"...Write the vision, and make it plain upon tables, that he may run that readeth it. For the vision is yet for an appointed time, but at the end, it shall speak, and not lie: thou it tarry, wait for it; because it will surely come, it will not tarry." Habakkuk 2:2-3.

"Ask, and it shall be given you; seek, and ye shall find; knock, and it shall be opened unto you. For everyone that asketh, receiveth; and he that seeketh, findeth; and to him that knocketh, it shall be opened." Matthew 7:7-8

Special Appeal: Rim of Grace is seeking to raise $30,000 to package, ship and handle these medical and educational supplies to Liberia in the quickest possible time. Some have said that it will be impossible for us to raise this amount, but we believe that with God, all things are possible. Indeed, we walk by faith and not by sight. The passion to begin a ministry in Liberia, using the Goodwill approach, is predicated upon the individual and collective financial support and prayers of individuals, churches, businesses and institutions that are willing to partner with us as we take this leap of faith through the Rim of Grace African Project: "Operation Rescue Liberia."

In his sermon notes at Culpeper United Methodist Church on Sunday, September 9, 2007 Pastor Randy Orndorff offered these insights on building healthy relationships and the ministry of friendship: Ephesians 4:23, "Let the Spirit change your way of thinking and make you into a new person." Philippians 2:3b, "In humility, consider others better than yourself ." 1 Peter 3:8, "Live in harmony, be sympathetic, love each other, have compassion and be humble." Ralph Waldo Emerson classic, "You have to be a friend to make a friend." Proverbs 17:17:,"A friend loveth at all times." Someone said, "Don’t walk in front of me, I may not follow. Don’t walk behind me, I may not lead." Walk beside me and just be my friend. "

As we undertake this great move to minister to the people of Liberia in a tangible way, our hope is that you will walk beside us, partner with us, pray with us and financially support us in raising $30,000 for Rim of Grace African Project: "Operation Rescue Liberia." O! yes, you can be in the United States and minister to the needs of suffering humanity in Liberia through your friendly and generous financial support to this much needed cause.

Acts 20:35, " have shewed you all things, how that so laboring ye ought to support the weak, and to remember the words of the Lord Jesus, how he said, it is more blessed to give than to receive." Matthew 10:8: "Heal the sick, cleanse the lepers, raise the dead, cast out devils, freely ye have received, freely give."
